Guacamole Recipe


Makes 1 ½ Cups

3 medium roughly chopped avocado
¼ cup finely chopped red onion (can substitute regular onion)
3 Tablespoons lime juice
2-3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 -2 Tablespoons jarred jalapenos, finely chopped
¼ c chopped Roma tomatoes (optional)
¼ cup chopped cilantro
½ tsp salt (optional)
¼ tsp pepper (optional)

Mash avocado. Add all ingredients to a large bowel. Stir and mix well. Adjust seasoning if desired. (can use a mini chopper to chop all ingredients, except for avocado, if prefer not to hand chop).
