Quality Assurance
Our Quality Assurance team ensures that as an organization serving the needs of people with developmental disabilities; our internal programs, practices and procedures adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as they pertain to licensing and certification guidelines. The Quality Assurance team identifies areas of opportunity for short and long-term strategic improvement in safety practices through an ongoing process of practical observation, investigation, and training based on needs guided by internal surveillance and collected data.
