Executive Leadership

Welcome to The School for Adaptive and Integrative Learning (SAIL) at Ferncliff Manor. We are a unique residential and day program for students with developmental disabilities and learning differences who require a distinct level of supports and services to help them reach their highest potential for lifelong success and well-being.

Choosing the right school for your child is one of the most important decisions you will make. At SAIL, we place a heavy emphasis on the unique needs and abilities of every student as we help to develop and support their own potentialities. Far more than a residential school for people with developmental disabilities, we are a residential school community for “Every Student”.

When a student joins the SAIL program, our extended family of educators, caregivers, medical specialists, administrators, and specialized staff collaborate to develop a comprehensive, individualized plan that will ensure a personal and self-accomplished experience of growth, progress, and greatness. It is with this unique level of personal attention, care, and specialized instruction that our learners are empowered to develop the tools needed for today, while building an appreciation for the learning process to serve them well in the future.
